I think it’s safe to say that 2016 was a difficult year for most of us. It seems we’ve been running after hope but the track has often felt like a gnarly mud pit. With every messy step forward, we feared losing our shoes or getting stuck in a place we didn’t want to stay.
But this is a new day, the 22nd day of a brand new year and we’re choosing not to take it for granted. Like many, we’re doing our best to remember what we’ve said we’ll do and who we’ll become by the end of 2017. Too often, the daily grind can replace our big-picture perspective, but today, we resist the temptation to settle with checking our boxes and to always keep our eyes focused on the heart behind every goal: to become better people both inside and outside of our office doors.
At Blossom, we’re walking into the office with a sense of pep in our step. We have renewed clarity for what we want for this year and how we are going to achieve it. Last year was loaded with testing. Trial and error. Creatively, we worked on a variety of projects. Structurally, we began to understand what systems we needed to have in place to better serve our team and our clients. We’ve gained critical insights into what works and what does not. We are fired up to build from where we left off at the end of the year, continue to learn, and implement calculated strategy [on purpose] to see our goals accomplished.
Cheers to 2017. Cheers to taking new risks and reaching new heights! We wish you the best kind of success this year because now more than ever, “We Thrive When You Thrive.”
